Facing problem with TV from the next day of purchase
Facing Problem with TV from the next day of purchase, Tried fighting with the Vendour from whom i have purchase but he just reject that there is no problem, and removed almost two months and now he is saying you figh with company and i will help you. from last three months i am continously fighting with service centre and call centre but no solution yet.
Service Center manager (Mira Road) told that he has send the replacement request to Samsung and rec, conf for replacement for the same. and he would replace the set in next 8 days almost 21 days passed now he says that he would replaced the KIT and that to not yet.

Samsung has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with
I contacted Samsung In june2007 because I had a lot of complaints about my camera! I had already taken the camera back to Best Buy store, and was told to contact Samsung directly! After many calls to Samsungs customer care, I was given a ticket number, that is given to people who are only suppose to deal with executive customer relations! It is called a 3000 ticket! I was told by Tiffany, in executive customer relations that I would have to mail the camera in for repair even if I wanter to exchange the camera for a different model! I mailed the camera into Samsung repair. I received an e:mail that the camera was received! I called Samsung two weeks later and was told the camera was still being repaired! I told Mary Ellen, in Executive customer relations that I was suppose to receive a different model camera. I was told that manager would call me back within 4-5 business days. a week passed I called back to Samsung. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks to get a call from a manager! I called back in two weeks after still not receiving a call! I called almost everyday for two weeks and receive no answer from anyone! I received my camera back from repair (after never receiving a call to even know what the problem was} I open the box and the battery to the camera is missing! I CANT EVEN TURN THE CAMERA ON! I called back to Samsung, my call was transfered to ECR exec. customer relations, I was on hold for 43 minutes, I called back was placed on hold again for 38 minutes, I called back a third time and was told ECR was closed is why no one answered the call! I called today 8-22-07 and was told the only thing Samsung cold do was send me a new battery, and have "another" manager call me! All I was thinking is here we go again. Samsung has been the worst company I have ever had to deal with!!!

door of refrigerator is of bad quality
we have purchased the refrigerator two yrs ago & the doors of the referigerator is getting rust.from last one year it should not happen with the company like samsung.

Refrigerator
Just brought a Samsung refrigerator and had it installed by Best Buy this morning. Broken, refrigeration part does not cool and the water dispenser does not work. Vials of Insulin ruined in this heat. Effectively told by Justin, Celeste, Mosch I might as well die, they did not give a damn. No one at Samsung will help me, Justin told me to dial 911 or get an ambulance or find a way to an emergency room.
Please do not buy a Samsung product.
Put this in the bracket of a Kervorkian episode but I do not want to commit suicide. Why do they think I do and are so willingly doing nothing thus effectively abetting a human being's potential demise? They'll do nothing and won't get anyone to even try to fix the unit for more than a week.
Called "Mr. Bill" by Justin. What a racist characterization. I thought slavery was illegal but not for Justin. That characterization is one of addressing a person as less than human and who should be picking cotton on a plantation by a Samsung representative. What's next, cracker, honky? What's the latest racist slur to characterize me?
Did not enough of us Americans die for Koreans? Why are the willing to see me die? Why are Justin, Celeste, Mosch, Samsung et al. so uncaring which reflects such willingness to put my life at risk?
There is evil in this world but until today I never came face to face with it. Demonic, demonic, demonic! Racist, Racist, Racist!

TV Repair
I'm really nervous after reading some of the complaints of other customers. I (like many of the complaints I've read ) am having very similar problems. I called Assurant Solution June 24th, they told me to call Video Tech in Rancho Cucamonga (which were totally unprofessional), I called the repair place, they told they would come out on Monday June 28th from 12-5 THEY NEVER showed up, I then called them all afternoon and no answer. Finally I got a hold of somebody there, they told me they tried calling me to let me know they didn't have somebody around my area to come out and look at my TV, they then gave another appt. for Tuesday June 29th from 12-2, the guys show up and according to my neighbor they were cursing at each other in my drive way. They come in and look at my TV for no more that 5 minutes and say the power surge is out and it's very common on these TV's, it will take about 3-4 business days. I then tell them it's a long weekend (4th of July), so they say by Friday they'll be calling me (they never did) so there we go another weekend without a TV. I call them on Tuesday as Monday was a Holiday. They tell me that the part in on backorder with no ETA that it can take 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, he has no idea and it's not his problem (this is Video Tech), I then ask him, what is the norm on this, how long can I be without a TV?? He answers back saying, he doesn't know and I can just throw my TV away if I have to, it's not his problem...I call Assurant Solutions again and ask them what's going on, they tell me to be patient, that the part is on back order, the rep at Assurant who's name is George tells me to give him a few days. I call Video Tech and now the story is that my warranty company is dragging their feet and that's why I'm not getting any results. I call the warranty co. AGAIN, they put me on hold to try to contact Video Tech, they then tell me they couldn't speak to somebody there and that they left a message. At this point I'm very upset, it's summer, I have kids at home a NO TV. I call Assurant again to follow up, now they tell me that Video Tech submitted a claim, and they asked a question to them and they are waiting for Video Tech to answer back. I call video tech and they tell me that my insurance co. has denied the claim. I call Assurant to ask why they denied the claim, they have me hold for almost 30 minutes, finally they come back on the line and tell me that yes they have denied the claim and that I need to get this TV repaired by a SAMSUNG authorize contractor. They now give me a new case number and a new number to call (800-543-6485). I call them and here we go again, not sure what the outcome will be with these new people. They did tell me that somebody else will be calling me to schedule a new appt. and if the TV can be repaired on site they will do it it, if not, we have to go back to Assurant Solutions to authorize for the parts tobe ordered...as of now I'm waiting for this company to call me.

service center
i am feeling very ashamed now because of pathetic service provided by samsung. my phone had some problem in charging so i submitted it your service center, its been 3 long weeks but i haven't got any positive response from their side. everytime i go there they say that their server is down and they have problem in feeding the IMEI number. you know how important is cell phone now and you are taking it as a thing of no use. if you people can't provide the service then what is use of making false claims about product and service. its better you return my money because i don't want be harrased anymore. you people are forcing me to take harsh steps, now i m forced to move to the consumer court. thank you for everything but i don't want to continue any kind of relationship with your brand and i must say i have a very bitter experience with you and in future i will not buy any of your product.

samsung refrigerator complaint
Most SHITTY service quality I have ever come across and trust me, I have come across some shitty service standards...
My samsung refrigerator stopped working the first time on 131th June and was repaired on 16th June (compressor not working - compressor changed). Again stopped working (comporessor issues again). I logged in complaint on 23rd and the issue is not even esclated to the service engineer... GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT ONE HAS TO DO TO MAKE THINGS MOVE IN SAMSUNG. TRUST ME, I WILL BUY LOCAL / CHINESE BRAND BUT NOT SAMSUNG WITH WARRANTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.. I HAVE TAKEN 5 DAYS LEAVE FROM OFFICE TO BABY SIT MY FRIDGE THINKING SOMEONE WILL COME AND REPAIR TODAY...
