No Picture
Samsung TV 55", the complaint is no picture coming and from the service center they say can't repair the panel is gone and its better to purchase the new one, it will cost lesser than the panel change cost (5000 Saudi Riyals for Panel change), im attaching the qutotation from the samsung service center for the cost of panel. I need claim for this

STOLEN
My SAMSUNG mobile set has been stolen. I couldn't trace it out inspite of my best efforts. I have lodged a Police complaint but it was of no use. My cell phone had a Mobile tracker but it hasn't given any indication about the thief yet. Kindly overlook my request and trace my cell phone at the earliest. improper working of my mobile phone
Dear sir,
ihave purchased a mobile phone model no.Cris5253 on date 26.1 2011.Charging system 0f my mobile is not working properly from last two months.I have changed the charger of my mobile from service centre and from where I have purchased my mobile they said no to take the responsibility of my mobile phone.Last week I have gone for the trip to kullu and manali and in between of my trip the problem of charging again started and I was not able to contact from anyone all my important numbers were in this mobile. Even I was not able to contact to my family members. Please take strict action on my complaint. please change the mobile phone immediately and if you will not provide me a cell phone I will go to consumer court and you will be responsible for that.

Doesn't Honor Cell Phone Warranty
Here I am upset by Samsung company customer service for rejecting repair request. I bought Samsung cell phone (model SGH-t329 Series) last July. In March this year the phone set was not working without any particular reason (I never dropped, or abuse anything like that) . Since it is still under their Standard Limited Warrenty which is one year shown in the users manual. So I called customer service(1-888-987-4357) for repair (ticket number 4003293898-A03) and sent back according to their instruction. Today I got email from them and telling me that my request was rejected. The reason for rejecting is the LED of the unit was bad and not covered by the warranty. I further checked the contents of the warranty and cannot find the reason they gave me. I consider that is not a valid execuse to turn their customers down. So be cautious of their unjusting business practice to their customers.
