Samsung LCD TV Warranty
Samsung LCD TV bought from them. IP board in the TV is not working - no picture only sound. Local Samsung Dealer has checked and confirmed.
United Matbouli group has been emailed and faxed scanned copies of invoices, warranty receipts etc. Nobody responds. Warranty expires in July 2010.

Worst Service, No Customer Response Service,
I bought a Samsung Fridge, Washing machine and AC on 18th April 2010. My fridge Samsung (RT361GBSW) stopped working 11th June 2010 and I had booked a complaint on 12th June Technicians came on 13th June and took my fridge informing me the compressor is worn out, I was pretty shocked to hear it as the fridge was less than 3 months old. I was said the fridge would not be replaced but only the worn out part would be and take by the service people. Since then I have been contacting the Service station regularly and just hear that the fridge is not ready and nothing more.

The fridge was returned on 24th June 2010 evening with Panasonic compressor delivered by Samsung Service in a shabby way with all dust and few scratches. It still does not cool and the water in the freezer can make ice at the maximum cooling level even after 3 days. When contacted the Samsung service center, they dont respond and the only thing they say is we will contact you.
This is a Brand new fridge and there is no replacement when the compressor is defective and even after the service there is no change. I would like to ask SAMSUNG is this the way you want to handle the customer????

I have purchased the refrigerator in Apr 2004.after initial installation it becomes problem for me. the compressor get unserviceable four times. every time the repair was under taken by authorised samsung engineer only.the enviromental condition is idle as per service engineer.on 16 Jun 2010 the compressor again becomes unserviceable. the repairing cost is beyond economical repair. now we are loosing our confidence in samsung product.because the repairing cost is going more than a new refrigerator.
kindly look in to the matter and send your representative to analyse and take corrective action.i wish you will show interest and expedite the action.

Wireless products/lack of customer service
I purchased a Samsung Bluetooth Headset (the WEP850) from www.letstalk.com (Walmart owned) on March 31, 2010. I was informed about 45 days later that the caller I was speaking to was having problems not hearing the conversation and my voice was distorted. This problem has continued about every 2nd or 3rd call.
I tried to reach Samsung at (888) 987-4357 and was disconnected six (6) different times. After finally reaching a representative, I was informed that I would need to return the defective headset and Samsung would examine and would repair or replace the headset. No replacement would be sent in advance, this was Samsung's policy. The fact that mobile headsets are now a mandatory requirement in many states does not change Samsung's policy. The decision making on a defective product is completely Samsung's call.
I waited for the return mailing label to be e-mailed from Samsung, and it never arrived. I called back and spoke with their corporate office and was put back in to a different customer service representative. This representative told me precisely the same story - Samsung's policy - no replacement until they receive my headset. Imagine my doubt that this will all work out after being put through "black hole" hell with Samsung.
I await the return mailing label and hope that it will be sent. Beware to any others who purchase from Samsung as their policies are strictly their policies - no deviations.
I will not purchase any Samsung products in the future. This has been a "telling" experience of dealing with a company that deals with their customers in a very derogatory manner.

It is a piece of crap I bought, My son bought me a french door on O9/03/09 guess was it stopped working next month I call company service man came fixed it, stopped working I call samsung technician came order parts came next week, stopped working, last week on April 29 they came fixed my ice maker and cooling system guess what stopped working next day I CALL Samsung and request to replace the product since it is under warranty guess what i do not have a receipt they can not help me, they can send service man and do 1 more repair, My advice is never ever by samsung product because they suck at their services.

55"LCD TV
Brought 55" LCD TV, 8 weeks after delivery fault with picture, shop manager quite aggressive when we complained & not helpful at all! We paid £2, 000 for tv & £639 for PREMIER CLUB protction, what a waste of money, we were entitled to a loan tv which just happened to be 32", when they finally came to take our tv away the loan one was covered in paint we sent them back with it, when they came 2nd time they tried to put our 55" tv in a 32" box obviously that didn't work they told us they would be 15 mins &went to get bigger box, 2 days later no sign of them?after a number of calls we found out that they had decided they couldn't do the job, they then lied to their boss & had told him we wouldn't let them take it!! have now got them coming back in 2 days with a bigger box, each person we speak to fobs you off with lie after lie, never buy from currys or buy a samsung product as you will be left with a rubbish product and terrible after care support no matter what you protection plan you pay for.NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AND NEVER FROM CURRYS, BEWARE OF THE IDIOT MANAGER IN THE HARLOW CURRYS STORE, HE THINKS HE IS SOME TOUGH DOORMAN, BUT IN REALITY HE IS JUST A JUMPED UP PRATT.!!!

Worst Service and Air Conditioner

I bought a 1.5 Ton Samsung Split A/C through M/s.Ragavendra Agency, Tirupattur, Vellore District on 11-Sep-2008.At present i am facing some problem in the Cooling and Informed the agency 2 weeks back.Till now they didnt attended the call and also response is very poor.Service persons working with M/s.Ragavendra Agency are freshers and not proper in fitting the A/c.Kindly I request you to take action on this at the earliest and i feel wrongly i bought through this agency which is very poor in service all point of time.

I had sent them a previous mail, the customer complaint service did finally called back, they even assured to change the defective peice free of cost, , but but, then too nobody came till today that is 27th may 2010.
Seriously telling you guys, i really feel now that this is the worst company

Well, i have been a proud owner of samsung articles ranging from the two tv's to my fridge, ac, plasma, washing machine & even my small microwave.
In past I even suggested everybody to buy samsung equipments as i was in a delusion that samsung electronics do have the best equipments and a great after service support. but this turned out to be a hoax.
I had bought a music system on 31-8-2009 model being max dt99 bearing the Serial no. SALE17AP300005p .After some time it developed a glitch in its CD compartment, i tried hard to get it rectified by the samsung after services, but to my utter shock and surprise I got nothing except verbal assurances. I kept on calling to the local provider who was just busy in selling items. I tried to call the toll free no.'s 30308282 (by prefixing STD codes) but no response was there, then to toll free 1800110011 which was not picked up by anyone, and then lastly to 1800 3000 8282 and 1800 2668282 but there came no response
Well this showed what type of after services is provided by the technology giant who plans $ 2 billion dollars alone in India, as told by the great company deputy managing director Ravinder Zutshi on 15th July.
I have honestly lost all hope in getting it rectified but, well I would like to just say this that no matter how much a company spends on its advertisements its the customer's satisfaction which finally counts. Because in every business the best marketing strategy is "The Word of mouth publicity ".

hard to work with, or they dont work at all for very long.
I would like to start off by saying that i have had two Samsung phones in the last two years, and both of the proved to be a major disapointement.
However my first phones model was SGH-U600, and after a year, it just proved to be another major disappointement, it all started of by the sound not working, i could not receive or dial anyone with hearing what they are actually saying to me, then couple of days later, the screen just disapeared, and just had a bright white colour, not exactly like in heaven.
Anyway, given consideration that this was an older model, i went to the shop, and in good faith brought a new uprgaded version of their touch screen phones, since the man in the shop, said, that these are easy to work with, and will give you no trouble.
So in the end did it work out for me? Not exactly, this just proved to me, that this company is unprofessional, and completly unccapabple, of designing compact and easy phones, so what exactly did go wrong with this new phone? well first of all, they make it incredibly hard for you to understand it, and work with it no matter how many instructions you do fallow, so hear i am trying to upload music on to this new touch phone for the last hour, and i have tried every single instruction that people may have suggested none of it works.
In conclusion, this is just my honest opinion about these phones, people out, there DO NOT invest into one of them, because one way or the other they will just give you more headache then anything else.
The people that do work in the IT departament should all get the sack, because they clearly dont know what they are doing, and its just an utter and absolute dissaster with these phones.
So my advice would be, do not buy anything in good faith, no matter what the shop assistant may say.
