Pathetic phones
My wife bought a Samsung finnesse touch screen phone for 370.00 bucks from Metro PC. Within 60 days the screen stopped working and it had to be sent off for repair by Samsung. They fixed it and returned it. Now after 8 months of use, the phone stopped charging. Samsung refused to fix the phone saying it was abused. This phone has been babied, there is no way it has been abused. For a phone that costs 370 bucks the thing sure is a lot of trouble. Samsung has tried to keep up with the I-Phone and has failed miserably. Anyone know how to challenge Samsung and get them to do the right thing?

A few months ago I bought A BDP1600. First, they need to include better instructions on how to set it up, including that you must first download the latest driver and you must unplug, hold FF and reset it. Furthermore, it did not work correctly since I bought it. The picture was not clear and the images looked like grainular/static. The problem was very slight as when I showed my friends they said they dont see a problem. But I could tell the picture was bad, especially in low light scenes. I sent it to get repaired and found out labor is only covered for 3 months. I sent it after the 3 month period b/c (1) I am very busy (2) I shouldnt have to deal with this when I paid so much (3) I thought and expected it to be 1yr labor as YOU produced a defective product(4) I wasnt really sure if there was a problem b/c when I called customer service they kepy saying to check the HDMI cable, tv(which is also samsung), settings, etc. I am very upset because most american products are 1 yr parts/1yr labor. My wife is Korean and she said in Korea, there are higher expectations of service and they would have paid for everything in Korea. So today I got a call from service and they said I have to pay $45 for labor to fix a "PICKUP LENS." UNBELIEVABLE! I looked online to see if other people have problems with this product and on US websites, blogs, youtube.com, forums, etc there are thousands of people complaining about this player. What went wrong and why do I have to deal with this? So since I really cannot do anything, I have decided to (1) not buy anymore samsung products and (2) email every samsung department I can about this in hopes that it will reach one intelligent person there who will try to fix these probelms before samsung goes out of busines(3) put on my websites and blogs to warn other people not to buy your products as your product and warranty are horrible.

pathetic after sale service
dear sir this is in regards to my samsung wndow airconditioner bought few years back... suddenly the compressor has stopped working.. & i called up samsung toll free number 1800110011 and was registered with a complaint number 8414471120 on 13th april, 2010 and as promised by your consumer executive that an engineer will visit my place in 24 hours.. till 16th april there was no response to my complaint and hence i called up the customer care number again... the consumer executive told that they were sorry for the delay and that he will send a reminder again. and the engineer will visit my place by evening 8 p.m. still there was no response...
then i called up again... the same answer was again given by an employee and now its been almost a week still there is no response ... neither did i get any call from the company.. i would like you to kindly look up to the matter as i have been facing a lot of problem due to this... for further details contact me at:

Bad customer service
Samsung does not stand behind their product.Inside door glass cracked on my Steam Washer and they refuse to cover it. They say it is physical damage. It is like a windshield of a car getting a chip in it then spreading. Product was highly recommended. Now I would NEVER purchase another Samsung product.

call center executive is not working properly
i have purchase samsung ac they provide warranty and service but if you call him all the ex. they appoint is there to make us fool only/ no hearing i think the executive are making the co. fool or they appoint there to fool the costomers only/for last one week i regularly talk to him or her they assured me but in vain/ i want to know only where to compalint this type of services which is not provided means if cus. care didnt work properly where we go please contact me on [email protected]

Washer broke after three week
I bought Samsung washer and dryer.Washer broke after three weeks. Have called probably ten times or more in the past two to three weeks. Still have a washer that is broken.Have heard some stores won't carry Samsung products because of poor or no service. Now I know first hand. Wish I would have never bought Samsung. Stay away from Samsung and hhgregg company who we bought it from and said they just sell them, they don't service them.

The Samsung products are premium priced but when you need service there is no service network for entire states. We suffered through numerous no shows from an out of state, none in ours, service company. Called Samsung Corporate sat on numerous holds, 2 1/2 hours to get blown off. tried again got up to the executive customer complaint person who promised a call back within 3 days. Pitiful. She should have said never because we never did get a call back . Three weeks later our washing machine that is less than 6 months old was repaired by the company we chased for weeks. Stay away from Samsung.

Refrigerator
I do not like the Door by door Frigerators that Samsung produces. I have bought two frigerators by Samsung and they both are horrible. The first fridge i bought only lasted for about a month and i had to get it replaced luckily it was on warrenty. The second fridge lasted me for about 5 and a half years and the warrenty just ran up. The mechanic told us that it should last about seven to eight years. The problem occured because of a power surge and the fridge is messed up. Now we called the mechanic and they told us the part the part that has to be replaced should take 7 business days now becomes 14 business days because Samsung cannot manufactor the part fast enought which shows how many people are affected by this horrible samsung product. JUST FOR SOME ADVICE TO SAMSUNG DON'T MAKE ANYMORE REFRIGERATORS!! YOU WILL ONLY MAKE MORE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. YOU HAVE LOST OUR TRUST IN YOUR COMPANY AND WE WILL NEVER BUY AN ITEM FROM SAMSUNG AGAIN!

Samsung does not honor claims
Samsung does not honor claims where their washer damaged personal property from leakage. Do not purchase Samsung products. Samsung does not even provide the courtesy of a reply nor accept responsibility for the faulty Steam Washer recently purchased.
