Friz not working
I have purchase a friz 585 litters side by side door nearly two months ago from the first day it is not working properly. It has broken part which is replaced still it is giving many troubles. Breaking in woofer Voice
Dear sir
I Vijay Sanghvi has Purchased a Samsung LED 40” on 09.11.2009. After 18 Month in May 2011 there is a problem in the Woofer of LED. In Woofer Voice is Breaking, we had given complaint to Customer Sercvice Centre and they sent the fellow Next day for attending the complaint. The complaint was of the breaking voice in woofer. The fellow note down the complaint and said the Same will be repaired within 2 days and for this they will charge Rs 1100 for Labour Charges Plus Woofer Charge Rs 1500 Approx. I was told that the Samsung products are good in quality.

I feel Shocked that such a big company is providing bad Products. I think that we were given Inferior quality product. The services of Samsung was not customer focused, it was only Money oriented. They are unable to maintain there exclusivity. The objective was to Earn Money from there client and not to provide quality Product to the customer. This type of Services shows the bad scenario of Samsung Company and the same is been Existing in the Indian Market.

It was very bad experience by Purchasing Samsung Product. i Will inform my all the friends and Whole Metal Market & the Diamond Market that such a bad facilities and product was provided to us after purchasing the Products of Samsung .

I have done mistake of Purchasing a LCD -2 Pcs, Freeze -1 pc, LED -1 pc, OVEN -1pc of Samsung. Now in future i will be blacklist this Compnay and sugest other people to buy the Products of another Company.

I feel ashamed that such a big company is doing like this not giving quality product.

If you feel ashamed than come and solve my problem of LED without any cost ...

Please take necessary action to solve the problem.

wet& water problem in vegetable basket
i bought my refregerator model no - RT32CDUX1/XTL/2011 ON DATED 04/04/12011 . it is not working well the wet & water problem in its vegetable basket make the vegetables putrefied...we have lodged the complaint several times to local samsung customer care centre but they dint responded.so kindly please make into consideration urgently.

Wi fi problem
My self Norin.i m purchasing a new handset of samsung Galaxy fit GS 5670.
date of purchasing is 12.03.2011.My phone is features is Wi fi.
when I connect to my Home Wi fi this is password wifi they cannot connect it.
i m calling samsung customer care centre 20 To 25 times they told me aal the Executive are busy, as soon as possible.
when i conncted my Wi Fi pblem is show on my Phone Check server name it...
second one is IP Ontanig address...

lost mobile
i have lost my samsungcdma mobile modle sch w3339, dated 20 th october 2010, at rajkot, royal partyplot, 150ft. ring road, gujarat, INDIA. AT THE SAME TIME THERE WAS A CARD NO 09227608208 WAS WORKING INTHE SAME MOBILE OF TATA INDICOM.
THE SAME CARD WAS DIVERT IN THE MY ONTHER CELL NO. 9723458208, TILL TODAY AND IS ALSO WORKING TILL TODAY.

R/Sir,

It is respectfully submitted that I purchased tha above said Notebook of Samsung Company from Bharat Enterprises Shop No.84, Shopping Complex, Phase-1, Model Town Bathinda-151001 vide Bill No. 417 dated 24/12/2010 of Rs.16500/- with one year warranty from Samsung company but from the beginning the screen of this notebook showed picture cloudly. I contacted the dealer he advised me that the product is in guarantee it will be replaced by Samsung company . Dealer also given me toll free no of company. I contacted with company’s toll free no. they assured me that your complaint will be resolved and our representative will contact you. Then the representative of company called me. I explained the problem to him. He asked me that it is right that your product is in gurantee period but in bathinda there is neither service station of our company nor we will come at your home. I requested him then how my problem will be solved. He told me that I have to go In Ludhiana or Chandigarh service station. I have a busy schedule in my office but my work is dependent on notebook so I took a leave from office and went to Ludhiana service station. But at ludhiana service centre the concerned engineer told me that I have to pay the price for screen. It is not in warranty. I immediately contacted with company’s toll free no but no body listened to me then I returned home. Then I came to same dealer from whom I purchased the notebook. I requested him for solution because my work at office was suffering without notebook. He advised me that he will replace the screen but I have to pay Rs.5800/- which was less than the Ludhiana Service Centre was demanding. So owing to my office work I had to pay this Rs.5800/- vide bill no. 782 dated 29-4-2011.

Sir this product is still under warranty. Kindly help me by refund of this Rs.5800/-
