My cell has worked just about everywhere in the states . but know Im in mount airys NC which is in the service area but I have know signal or service and is a huge problem for me and my buisness . Is there anything I can do ?

POOR SERVICE/PRODUCT
We have a front load Samsung washing machine that is only 1 1/2yrs old. The washer recently tore the sleeve off of sweater as the sleeve became tangled with the rubber inside seal of the washer (behind front door). The seal itself now has a tear in it which ruined the sweater and of course we cannot use the washer until fixed. Samsung said this was not their fault (of course you are having to talk to someone in India via 1-800 phone number.) When asked for a supervisor to speak to, the person refused but eventually put another person on-line. This person would not provide their full name, and refused to provide any further contact names/numbers for Samsung service personnnel or any contact information for their HQ operation in Canada. They hung up on us! We then tried to access service via website and that's another adventure/story itself. When trying to register for a service callback via e-mail were not allowed to submit service request as product was over one year old- only reference was to again call the 1-800# where we had such great customer service. Eventually through much searching we have located the name of the President of Samsung in Ontario and will try to reach him but fully expect to be told, it is our problem not theirs- Customer service personnel are extremely rude and service is the furthest thing in their mind. Stay away from SAMSUNG

Pathetic Service
I have given my Samsung LCD monitor for repair and even after a month of calling them for status, only response I get is that they have not received the parts for repair. What is the point to warranty if a month is required to fix the problem. If the problem is severe they should give me a replacement.

ON 12/03/2011 THE PHONE WAS DEAD ALONE WITHOUT TAKING ANY SHOCK I SEND IT TO MOHADESSEN BRANCH MY RECEIT NUMBER IS 7938 AT 20H45 MU SERIAL NUMBER IS 354047030844909 AND THE REPONSABLE THEIR ASKED ME TO CALL AFTER 2 DAYS A 19900
I TRIED TO CALL THE CENTER BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE TO TELL ME IF MY MOBILE IS READY OR NOT? SO I WENT TO THE MAINTENANCE AGAIN AND THEIR THE DIRECOR OMAR MOHAMED GHANAM WHO WAS VERY IMPOLITE INFORM ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT AS THE MOBILE WAS NOT REPAIRED YET WITHOUT TELLING ME THE REASON
I CALLED 19900 TO COMPLAIN AND I GET THE TEAM MANAGER HAITHAM WHO TOLD ME TO WAIT TO THE NEXT DAY AND HE WILL CALL ME TO INFORM ME BUT HE DIDN T DO ANYTHING
I WENT ON 18/03/2011 TO THE MAINTENANCE AS IT S WRITTEN ON MY RECEIT AT 20H45 BUT THE MOBILE WAS NOT FINISHED AGAIN
I CALLED 19900 I GET MOHAMED THE TEAM MANAGER THAT HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE NO RIGHT BEFORE 14 DAYS
SO I DONT THINK IT S LOGIQUE THAT THEY OBLIGE ME TO ERASE ALL MY PRIVATE PHONE BOOK AND NOW I AM LOST AND I DONT WANT THIS PHONE ANYMORE I DIDN T PAY MONEY TO REPARE AND TO LOOSE MY TIME MUCH MORE THAN THAT

Poor quality cellphone
I purchased a Samsung M620 in July 2010 and have encountered endless problems with the audio quality. I have sent the phone in 3 times for repairs and the problem still persists. Iam tired of being without a phone for weeks as the phone is apparently being repaired. I am now starting to wonder if the technicians even open the phone. I am very happy with my Samsung camera and DVD player but I will never buy a Samsung cellphone again.
