no picture
I have no picture but I have sound on my TV. Purchased new in Jan. 2010. Called so called customer service and the told me they were shipping me the parts. What???????. And the tech will be here in 10 days. What the hell is with this? Wouldn't it be easier to get the parts from samsung overnighted or at least 2nd day. And now wait 10 days for a service guy to come out and fix it. So much for paying the extra money for the extended service plan. Sears you lost a customer!!!

tv stopped working
My dad bought a plasma tv and long story short it stopped workinmg randomly. We paid 100 dollars for someone just to come look at it and nothing was done to it. Now he's saying its something else wrong with it and that it will 600 something . We are not happy about this at all, its sab because now samsung has a bad image to the company. We are not the only complaints samsung has had, there's so many you can't even count. Overall something needs to be done!

Horrible Customer Service
I recently bought a Samsung Plasma TV that I really like. However, this will be the last Samsung product that I ever own because of the horrible customer service I received from Samsung. Despite my receipt and warranty documentation it I had to battle with customer service to cover my repair under warranty. After calling customer service it took them 3 days to schedule a service call. Once the service call was finally schedule, I was called about 16 hours before my service call to and told that my appointment would be rescheduled at least another week away. I called customer service and talked to 3 levels of "customer service" personell. No one cared that my service was delayed and all they did was blame the company that they outsource their repairs to. I also learned that the repair company they used only serviced my area 2 days a week. I found a local repair company that could fix the TV, but Samsung told me that I would have to pay for that out of my pocket. I asked the "customer service" at what point do they treat this as a urgent matter and actually do something. I was told that if my TV didn't received service within 30 days that they would then take additional action to help me out. Needless to say, I am done with Samsung. I will purchase 2 additional plasma TV's in the next few months and they won't be Samsungs - even if a competing brand costs more.

Not working
Purchased a Samsung 42" Plasma TV in 2006, spending at least $ 2000, with a One Year Warranty. A couple of months ago it just quit. I called Samsung they gave me a company to contact. I called them 3 times finally got someone who told me the repair would be 1/4 what I paid for the TV & Component . Told them Okay said they would get back with me, that was over 2 months ago. I then went to the Samsung Site any that is the only company that they could give me for repairs. Hhgregg does not have to worry about me buying a product at their store again.

Stretched picture
Pictures is to stretched out to much. When i called for service they say you can adjust the picture i have tried everything they said to do and its the same i have called 3 times in the last year. Its a 42 inc plasma tv. Thank you
