Bought a 350ltr. Samsung fridge 2years back and wich started mal functioning, mainly very less cooling effect. Given to your local agent for repair but the agent failed to repair in last 2months. Have already paid for several parts they claim they have replaced and also the transportation charge. Your incapable local agent has again taken this fridge to their workshop 7 days ago and till to-day lying there. Enquired several times, no spesific reply received and till date do'nt know when I may receive my fridge again and in what CONDITION !
I am a senior citizen, being harrassed by your agent and the Customer complaint executives for the last two months. I wonder, if there is anybody responsible in your organisation to take care of such irresponsible work. If your agent has already brought the fridge to beyond repair condition, please accept this fridge as a token of gift from my side. I do not want to add one more cupboard .
An early action will be highly appretiated.
