Bought Samsung RSG257AAWP 2 months ago - Icemaker doesn't work - Refrigerator can't be leveled on a level floor, Door hinge or cam bent. after no less than 5 different service techs ordering parts and working on this Samsung RSG257AAWP no one can fix it. New Circuit Board, New sensors, New Faceplate Nothing fixes the Icemaker. No one would even want to address the other problems till the Icemaker was fixed. Finally gave up and told me I was going to get an exchange. After 3 grueling weeks on the phone every day for at least an hour per session finally was told they would give me my money back, not an exchange! We'll see how long that takes...Very Poor Customer Service -Bought the unit on sale from Sears and they told me to come in and pick a different Refrigerator but no sales now... Wouldn't you know it -Shame on you Samsung and Sears! Stay away at all costs. Here are Samsung Customer service Phone numbers that were very very hard to get -Executive Customer Relations 1-800-522-7341 and Case Management 1-888-685-1358 Don't believe anything any of these people tell you and they can't ever find the notes from the last people you talked to - Even if you get names they don't know who you are talking about. I had to start over 3 times.
