Recently call Samsung service center to service the old Samsung Refrigerator. After 4 days, repeatedly calling them some one responded to visit. Next day, some one else called and enquired about the service satisfaction. The service representative without visiting us closed the call stating in his remarks that 'Refrigerator is working fine now'. We escalated to higher level and promised to send somebody to take a look, till now one has visited from Samsung service center.
SAMSUNG is just good in sales, once goods sold, very poor service attempt made. Same thing we experience 6 months back for our Samsung Washing machine.
Some one from SAMSUNG would read this and satisfy the customer need ON TIME?
