On the 11-01-2011 I bought a new Samsung Star phone and this phone gave me a lot of trouble. After contacting Vodacom the phone was send in for repairs which only lasted for a day. The next day I took it back. TO MAKE A LONG STORIE SHORT, THE PHONE IS NOW IN jHB FOR THE 4TH TIME FOR REPAIRS AND I DO NOT GET ANY POSITIVE RESPONS FROM ANY ONE.
All in all I did not have full use of this phone since day one that I bought it. Is there any one that can resolve this matter.?
