Repair claim
I shipped a not working monitor to be repaired under warranty in mid September 09, received email within days that it was repaired and being shipped back, and waited for weeks prior to calling for tracking #. They informed me it was never repaired, and that the part needed to repair was back-ordered. After numerous additional calls to find out status, I found out that the product was not entered into the repair process correctly, so it sat in limbo. After 2 months, I was told a monitor would be shipped out. It arrived broken. Each and every call to Samsung has been non-productive. No one ever calls back when they say they will with a status report. The company seems totally clueless. It is now approaching 3 months with no working monitor. It should have been an easy repair, but although I did like the monitor, I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again. When asked if I could speak to someone to register a complaint with how my claim was handled, I again got the run around. This tells me they really do not care about the customer, so I will bring my business elsewhere. Consumer beware!
