I am compelled to file this complaint due the poorest and most useless customer service offerd by samsung.i had purchased a handset SGH J600 from Laxmielectronics - dombivli(e), on may 3rd 2008.But the virtually brand new piece started malfunctioning by the start of june 2008.My keypad, the inbuilt games, the bluetooth facility, etc;All showed one or other discrepencies!I submitted the mentioned handset to authorised Samsung sevice center situated at Kalyan(west) on 23 august 2008.Despite constant assurances by the kalyan oficials, and my constant 'trips' to the above mentioned center, I am as yet (15 november 2008) to recieve a replacement!I have also contacted the higher authorities, but to no practical effect!
