Excellent Job. Our family has no complaints with this company.

We are a San Antonio family, but my husband is active duty military, and this PCS has been our first chance to purchase a home here. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in other parts of the country and never been satisfied. When we got back here and needed service, my parents had me call San Antonio Carpet & Tile Cleaning. They have used them since I was a kid still living at home.

As always, the men wore ties and oxford shirts, and they began by listening to our needs before anything else. They completed our entire upstairs and the staircase for a very reasonable price. Our cat has a sour stomach, and quite often vomits in areas we don't see until it's too late. The equipment the crew used appeared to be very powerful and it removed the vomit stains and tho odors completely. We like that they are owned by a law enforcement and military family, so we didn't feel like we had to watch them the whole time they were here.

I don't often take the time to praise or complain about any company online, but I happened to see the dishonest complaint posted by "concerned" on this website and I felt the need to let folks know this is a fine company. I believe the owner's outspoken conservative values may have spurred someone on to make the false statements-ANONYMOUSLY, of course. I called the company and let them know about the false posting. It is my understanding that they are taking legal action.

In closing let me tell you that my brother is a Purple Heart recipient, injured in Afghanistan. This company completes all work for Purple Heart recipients 100% FREE of charge, and they have cleaned my brother's home carpet and truck interior twice for free. He tries to tip the men, but they won't even accept a few dollars. No other company does this to my knowledge.
