Take your money
This company is the biggest crock i have ever been through. They will call you and call you, be very nice, until they get all the money. They will not return calls, they because rude and non responsive. I had a very simple br, $65K in medical bills, it has taken them over 4 months and i still have not recieved when i am supposed to appear in court. I have payed over $2, 500 to get this done, and nothing after i payed. I have never met the Lawyer, all i ever see is these "paralegals, " with no college backgrounds in any type of law, they put on a suit cold call until they get you to come in, tell you its going to be very simple, "Mr. Mcgoldrick is very good and fast!" its all bullshit. After i started seeing how shady this company was i did some reasearch. I called them out on it and they had a guy call me who was very very confentational! The company is bullshit, please do not be scammed! Do some reasearch! They all are non professional and have foul mouths, they put on a Jcpennys suit and call themselves "paralegals." If you ask other BR Lawyers about them they will tell you.

Brian Mckgoldrick = San Diego Debt Relief = Pacific Law Center = SCAM
Brian Mckgoldrick = San Diego Debt Relief = Pacific Law Center = SCAM
San Diego Debt Relief is the same law firm as Pacific Law Center. Same attorney, same intake staff, and same advertising. For a long time, Brian Mckgoldrick worked for Pacific Law Center. It appears he learned the business model of high volume advertising and bringing clients in to meet with Non attorney salesman called Legal Administrators. Most of the legal administrators that came from used car dealerships are now working for Brian Mckgoldrick at the San Diego Debt Relief Center. For example, Salvatore Sam Gagliano, known by his colleagues as a cocaine user and womanizer, worked as a used car salesman at a Toyota dealership before he came to the law firm scene. He was hired by Thomas Slattery to sell Bankruptcies and Criminal cases to clients with his high pressure tactics. He was supervised by Christopher Castle, another non attorney, who was trained on a Mobile Home lot in Arizona. Chris' cousin, Austin, lobbied for Chris to get the job because Mr. Majors "trusted him". An ex employee who wishes to remain anonymous saw a pay stub where Chris Castle was making over $200, 000 a year, which was more than any attorney in the firm including Thomas Slattery. It seems Chris was well trained for the job as he graduated from high school and had no formal training in a law firm. In fact, I heard that Chris' brother James Edward Castle, served time in prison for a violent offense in Arizona and wanted to come to work for Pacific Law Center as well. The last I heard, James Edward Castle aka "Jim" was working for Brian Mckgoldrick at the law firm of Brian Mckgoldrick or San Diego Debt Relief. Many employees have stated that Chris Castle uses intimidation methods to get his sales guys to perform and he would put a ton of pressure on the sales guys to get the clients to hire them. Chris Castle would even try to twist the arms of the attorneys to approve cases that were not good cases. To this day, Mr. Castle runs San Diego Debt Relief and Superior Law Center. I have heard on several occasions that his intake crew is working for Erik Friis, owner of Superior Law Center. Eddie Morales is another con man who works for the crew, and he is the one who meets with clients. As far as I know, he has never been trained in a law firm prior to joining the firm. In fact, I think he worked for low class used car dealerships and met with all the hispanic clients. The infamous Mike Wilkes has been crowned as the intake ring leader and has more bar complaints than Sam Spital himself! He was contantly getting in trouble for lying to clients and making false promises to unsuspecting clients for a large bonus.
San Diego Debt Relief, Brian McGoldrick, Superior Law Center, Eric Friis, Thomas Slattery, Chris Castle, Mike Wilkes, Salvatore Sam Gagliano, Eddie Morales, are all working together again, and they are ruining the image of the local legal community. I can not believe that investigative reporters are not all over this yet! Their unethical practices are atrocious. I was glad to see that most of these guys had disseminated from the law firm scene in 2009, but I have been recently informed that they are at it again. Brian Mckgoldrick who owns SAN DIEGO DEBT RELIEF and Erik Friis who owns Superior Law Center must be in on the SCAM or just has terrible judgement. I can not believe they would subject their practice to Chris Castle and his gang of thug sales guys. I saw theTV ads for San Diego Debt Relief and Superior Law Center, and I can't help to think of the poor clients. http://www.sandiegodebtrelief.org/ http://www.superiorlawcenter.com
Thomas Slattery was the Supervising attorney at Pacific Law Center, and he was the boss of the intake staff. In a lawsuit filed by Thomas Slattery, he referred to Chris as a violent street thug, Although, while he worked for Kerry Steigerwalt, Thomas was too busy snorting cocaine and chasing prostitutes to worry about what was going on with the intake center. Thomas Slattery was extremely synical and thought all clients were scum. He let it be known that he did not care. It was obvious to all who worked with Tom that he was not there to protect the clients. Thomas Slattery was sued several times by attorneys who did not approve of his ethics, and Tom bragged about having more bar complaints than any attorney in the history of San Diego. He is a Real Sicko! There is a very strong reason to believe that Mr. Slattery is being investigated for bribing witnesses with extravagent gifts and promises of cash in leiu of their unture testimony. We need to stop these people once and for all! http://www.theslatterylawfirm.com/san-diego-bankruptcy-attorney-lawyer.html
In a firm gathering AT PACIFIC LAW CENTER, Chris Castle and Mike Wilkes were touting lines from the movie "SUCKERS", a movie about car salesmen and their unethical activities, and Mr. Slattery was standing with his arms crossed laughing through their entire skit. They were talking about how the bald guy in the movie is just like Chris Castle and how funny it is that they take advantage of clients. They would constantly brag about how much money they make personally, and how much more important the sales team was to the law firm than the actual attorneys, because without them, there is no money. I bet if someone looks into it, they are splitting fees with attorney Brian Mckgoldrick and Erik Friis, which is a big NO NO with the state bar. I would not be surprised if they were paid directly based on how many clients hire them and how much money they get from these clients. Hardly an ethical set up. Let's get these thugs out of the San Diego law firms before clients never trust another lawyer again.
Wake up people and ask the question when you are meeting with these scoff laws! "What is your bankruptcy expertise? What is your main Role in the law firm?" If they are pressuring you, ask them "what their bonus is based on?" This is not a law firm, it is a creepy used car dealership! We don ot want another Kerry Steigerwalt or Pacific Law Center so go back to Arizona!
