I, Sandeep Kumar Arora, do hereby wish to lodge my complaint against the Securty Guard of the Allahabad Bank Branch- 5R, Neelam-B.K.Road, Faridabad-121001.

On 4th of March, 2010, I went to the said bank bramnch to drop
a cheque in the drop box of the branch. But, the security guard of the branch did not allow me to go inside the bank saying that the working hours of the bank were off then at 3.35 p.m. When I insisted that it is only 3.35 pm now and I only want to drop a cheque in the drop box, the security gurad did not allow me to go inside. On my second request to allow me to go inside, the security guard mishaved with me saying that he has the powers to allow or disallow anyone from going inside. He even used wrong words for me as if he was trying to show me his muscle power.

I am a Financial Consultant and I have been holding the account in the said bracnch since 2000. I have given the branch appx. 200 more clients who have their accounts now since 2000. But, lately the behaviour of the Security Guard and other employees has gone awry and even the bank branch manager does not pay attention towards the wrong behaviour of the employees, specially the security guard. I fear that in the modern times of stiff competition, if the said bank doesn not improve its services to clients, the account holders will flee away. If i can give the bank 200 more clients on my good will in market, the saI, Sandeep Kumar Arora, do hereby wish to lodge my complaint against misbehaviour of the security guard of Allahabad Bank - 5R Neelam-BK.Road, N.I.T., Faridabad-121001.

On 4th of March, 2010 at 3.35 p.m. I went to the said bank branch to drop me clients can also close their accounts with the bank on my request.

I hereby request you to look into my complaint at the earliest and take remedial action.
