I have ordered many parts from many companies and never had such a frustrating experince as with sanderson headers. on the 27th of april I ordered a pair of 26" exhaust turnouts for replacments of the ones I have because they got banged up a bit. I relized I had accidently ordered ceramic coated instead of the chrome I wanted, entirely my fault. I called your company and spoke to a gentelmen that said theese are no longer being produced and we have none in stock. I said darn, then I would like to please cancel my order, while on hold another gentelmen answered the phone I explained what was going on then he put me on hold. He came back 30 seconds later said he had a chrome set and changed my order and said he would ship them out. I explained what the first person I talked to said, but then explained no matter as long as the right stuff is on the way and would be in on friday the 13th which was perfect because I had a show on saturday the 14th. Friday rolled around and UPS had no pipes so I called sanderson headers again asking for a tracking number figuring they might have got to the ups hub to late to be put on a truck, so I was going to track them and pick them up from ups myself. When I but in the tracking number it said they had not been even recived by ups yet but a sticker had been made on the 27th when I ordered them. so I called sanderson again this time pretty frustratedand they told me they I would see them on tuesday or wensday I explained all the problems and got no help just was told if I wanted them saturday it would be an extra $145.00. This was just very frustrating you have great products and everyone I spoke with was pollite but my hotrod buddys and I will no longer be purchasing you products. its not worth the trouble.
