WE MOVED IN TO ONE OF YOUR APARTMENTS ON AUG.20, 2010. WE WANTED TO FILL YOU IN ON SOME SITUATIONS THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW CONCERNING YOUR PROPERTY.
1) WE NEEDED TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF UNIT THAT WE WERE MOVING IN TO, DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY HUSBAND AND I ARE DISASTER RELIEF WITH THE RED CROSS. HURRICANES WERE COMING IN, WE MAY OF BEEN DEPORTED.
****WE WERE REPEATEDLY SNOTTED BY YOUR OFFICE WORKERS
2) WE WERE PROMISED THE POOL WOULD BE OPEN BY OUR "MOVE IN DATE"-DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM DISABLED AND NEED THIS FOR THERAPY.
****HAS NOT BEEN OPEN AS OF YET
3) THE CENTRAL AIR WAS NOT WORKING ON OUR "MOVE IN DATE"
4) NO ICE MAKER IN OUR REFRIGERATOR, DISPOSAL DOES NOT WORK (WHICH BOTH ARE OFFERED ALL OVER YOUR BROCHURES)
5) FOR THE PRICE I HANDLED THE SCOURING WE NEEDED TO DO, TO ENABLE US TO PUT THINGS AWAY IN THE CUPBOARDS. IN WHICH WE HAVE FOUND COCKROACHES EVERY DAY.
6) NOW TODAY AT 3:30 PM A VERY LARGE DOG (BOXER-PIT BULL MIX) ATTACKED OUR SHIT-ZU DOG. LUCKILY SHE IS ALRIGHT, BUT SKAKEN. THIS DOG WAS LOOSE WITH ITS OWNER UP STAIRS ON THE PORCH. OUR DOG WAS LOOSE (USUALLY ON A LEASH) BUT PEEING RIGHT NEXT TO HER OWNER. THIS DOG RAN AND ATTACKED.
**CALLED OFFICE, AFTER SHE STATED "HE HAS BEEN HERE FOR 5 YEARS AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS" WE TOLD HER THAT THE DOG WAS ONLY ABOUT 2 YEARS OLD. SHE STATED "WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE CHECK ON IT". THIS BEING NEXT DOOR, IT IS NOW PAST 6 PM, NO ONE HAS BEEN UP THE STAIRS. ON THE FRONT OF HIS DOOR HE HAS A SIGN "BEWARE OF DOG". THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE SEEN THIS DOG LOOSE.
****IN YOUR LEASE IT STATES DOG "RESTRICTIONS" TO NOT OVER 25 POUNDS. NO PIT BULL, BOXER, DOBERMAN ETC.
I WOULD NOT BE PETTY OVER THE POOL AND ICE MAKER BUT THE DOG ISSUE CAN NOT GO ON WITH OUT SOME ATTENTION.
PLEASE SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE.
