My daughter wanted to purchase a vehicle as she had saved up $1000.00 for a down payment. She was 2 weeks shy of her 18th birthday.

At sands on broadway we found a chevy blazer that she loved. But she couldn't buy it due to her age. Their fiancial person TJ advised me that he could sell it to me if I traded in my 2002 Dodge Neon, and sell me the blazer and a second car. He then stated to me that we would be able to transfer my daughters truck out of my name and into hers once she turned 18.

I should have known the whole thing was a farce when he told me that two banks, Wells Fargo Finance and Zion's Bank would be calling me to verfiy my information and that whatever I did, not to tell the either one about the other vehicle.

What I didn't know and wouldn't find out for several weeks, is that the larger portion of the money still owed on the Neon would be applied to the Blazer. Thus the blazer was "flipped" by 10K and the only way we could get anyone to refinance my daughter was if she could come up with 10K as a down payment.

Clearly Sands on Broadway knew that this was the case, but to make that sell, they failed to inform me, their customer of all the facts.
