The worst bus service provider... This happens with the bus every time... I am experiencing same issue for the lasy 2 months and i booked this bus 3 times... not even a single day i got the same bus, or the same seat... Every time adjusting in some bus and mostly with the rear seat wher i have booked set no# 18.

Today 28.june.2009 i booked bus from banglore to chennai AC Volvo so i can sleep and go since i have night shift in the office... I have booked even atrain ticket and not even canceled it since the chart is prepared... there also i lost the money. Bus suppose to reach by 12 and reached by 1:10 as usuall but i was asked to sit in the cabin seat.. which no place to keep the leg, no push back, just like sitting on a wooden bench... Hossible experience... they told just sot for 2 hour, they will get a seat after that...but till chennai i was on tht seat... and when i asked in the chennai office they told.. why you bord the bus.. u take a leave today and take reast... and they don't want to refund any money...

They are the big time cheaters... and this is the 3rd tme they are cheating me... NEVER USE THIS SERVICE, better use KPN, SHAMA or pARVEEN... never use sangitha.. the worst bus service i had in my lihe.. that also three times...

Thsy just treat people like pig... they just want peoples money to live their life... big time cheaters...
