Recently I've bought a Sansio DVD player from the company mentioned above. It was on promotion price. On the dvd player it has VGA output. After trying at home, found that the VGA output does not work. Brought the device back the next day. Tried at the store itself but still the same problem. Doesn't work. So, I'm willing to top up and exchange for device at higher value but being informed by the ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER on duty at that time, Mr. Masri Toman that I need to pay a surcharge of 20% on the value of the dvd which I think is not acceptable cause it's not functioning. Worst still, Mr. Masri said the dvd player that I bought doesn't have the function of VGA output. If there's no function of VGA output, why is there a jack for that function?? And he also mentioned that the manual guide is different from the model they are selling. And also being very RUDE!!
Next day I called up the supplier, and they said it has the function of VGA output. And they guided me to the settings. And I also did called up the customer service but to no avail.
My point is, how could an assistant branch manager not have product knowledge and just anyhow give out wrong info on the products they are selling?? And their attitude, real bad.
I hope to get the TOP MANAGEMENT of Courts Mammoth to clarify on this matter. First time buying from the store, very bad experience.
