We are very disappointed because the response is very poor
We bought a TV around 4 months back. Just 10 days back it is not working. We called to the shop and customer support. Nobody did not come for 7 days. One guy came on 7th day and he told he does not have needed component. And he told he will be back on next day. But still nobody has come. We use to call every day but they say we have sent sombody they will come now. Not yet nobody has come. We are very disappointed because the response is very poor. Its not fare for the companys like sansui.

Faulty picture tube

I PURCHASED A 29' SANSUI TV FROM A DEALER IN BY THE NAME OF Computer Electronics, Kamla Nagar, Delhi IN NOVEMBER, 2004 WITH A 1 YEAR TV WARRANTY and 7 years picture tube warranty. In september 2009 it went out of order completely. I registered a complaint at customer care center with Complaint number : "DEL 1809091008" on 18th Sept 2009, Technician visited and from Sansui and found that picture tube is lost and needs replacement.
Since then We are regularly in touch with company but executives are arguing and giving no any response.
It is requested to kindly direct sansui to handle this complaint soon

SCREEN NOT SHOWING
I have taken the sansui tv in 2008 oct this 2009 oct i got a problem of picture tube un necessarly i choosen this sansui company now i decided to take new good company tv .my sugesstion to all the coustemers pls avoid the sansui company .Dont waist ur money .

colour change

Sir I purchasedColour Tv on 24 1 8. from that time i am facing lot of problem.your technician visited 15times to my residence. but it not rectificed.They have replaced me a new Tv. but this Tv is also we are facing same problem. colour changing&picture is going to one side. pls kindly rectify my Tv as early as possible. If my complain repeats again, I will go to the consumer court.

Televison problems since last 1 and half month
This is in reference to the above mentioned subject, i am owing a Sansui Company TV Since last 5 years. since 1 and a half months back we are facing some problems in our TV, which we complained to the local authorized technician MR. Jayantibhai, he visited us and charged us Rs.400/-, still the same problem is ongoing.
After that we booked the complaint in the sansui call centre at Ahmedabad, after which they sent another technician to us, he charged us Rs.350/-, till date the tv is in same position with lots of problems.
After complaining to Mr. Prashant Wada At Rajkot office and Mr. Shailesh upadhyay at Ahmedabad Office, again they sent us another technician who just visited us for 10 minutes and said there are some problems, which we will sort out soon, but till date no actions are been taken.
Also on the above we didnt received any receipts for the payments made to the technicians.
The above matter is discussed to MR. Prashant Wada at Rajkot and Mr. Shailesh Upadhyay at Ahmdabad, and the replies we get is, that we will surely do something at the earliest.
We are suffering since last 1 and half month. we are unable to track the same with Sansui officials.
