I am M.Arumugam residing in surapet, i have brought Sansui Colour LCD TV on 16/3/2010 for my new residence. hoping that sansui is a good company, unfortunately TV got Burned by itself as well as many things got burned on 27/4/2010, so i have lodged complaint on the same day, customercare executive said that they will visit and solve our problem. and also gave us complaint number...after this there was no response.. so again i have called customer care and lodged complaint... not only myself even i have complained to the company from where i have brought the tv. always customer care executicves use to give us the complaint numbers... its going to be one year still now there was no response. atlast Mr.Deva came and visited our burned TV, and he used very odd language. stating that do what ever you can do... and also the way he spoke hurt us a lot.so we were struggling a lot atleast we want our money back.. today 26/4/2011 i again called your customer care executives ms.Lakshmi she was not even bothered... she cut the call inbetween.. so again i called Mr.Mani said that the complaint numbers which was given by the executives was wrong. and we dont know what to do? kindly take proper action as soon as possible.because we are not that rich to leave 13 thousand rupees.hoping that atleast on seeing this we will get a proper solution.. kindly take proper action on your executives.or atleast train your executives to be patient enough towards customer.. because we are calling for our problem that is executive duty to solve politely. and not to cut the call which make customer like me more angry...hoping that atleast now you will do favour for me... if not then i should go to consumer court
