I am appalled by the ignorance of this company and the accusation of me altering my social security card.I didn't receive my income tax check so I asked them to put the return on my bank card like they were originally supposed to do but they didn't. So they asked me to file some paperwork, I fax it and heard nothing for a week. I called and they said they didn't receive it.I sent it again they said I needed another form after calling me and there worker liars. So, after explaining to them that I am disabed, with no home phone and no car, and that there retarded I went ahead and sent them a e-fax transmission from the comfort of my home. I sent every imaginable document that they told me to and had the balls to tell me that the fax transmission of my social security card was altered. Well excuse me but unless someone is a damn CSI Detective, who the hell do they think they are.What because I am tattoo'd and a different nationality I am a thief or a liar.
