though the delivery of new yellow pages to the residential building which I manage and live in could not have been better, I am infuriated that, for the second year, the automated call I received to confirm receipt of the book at my home woke me from a dead sleep at a quarter until 9:00.
I tried calling customer service to register the complaint so now have a SECOND complaint that I was on hold for over five minutes before I was cut off!
