bad service
There is no doubt that this small restaurant is busy that is why the waitress will start taking your orders while you are still in line. We placed our order for 5 people and told her the toppings that We want in each soup. When We finally was seated, our food start coming out but instead of 5 noodle soup, 6 noodle soup came out. We have a party of 6 because of one 2yrs old. When I called the waitress and asked told her NICELY that theres is an extra noodle soup on our table that didnt belong to us, She simply told me that she cannot cancel it. When I told her that Why can't she cancel it if I didnt even order it, She kept insisting that I did. I have 3 witnesses that heard me say 5 noodle soup. She kept insisting that I just take the extra soup home but pay for it. At this point, it was'nt about the money, it was more on the principle. Why should a customer pay for something that the waitress made a mistake on? I then asked her nicely to call her manager because of the language barrier. The worst part is when the manager/owner came out, his mind was set that his waitress was right and I was wrong. You can just imagine how humiliating this was for me. I had a 7yrs old son and a 2yrs old daughter with me while they were arguing with me back and forth. I kept explaining to the manager that I have only ordered for 5 to begin with. It is not my fault that the waitress had written a total of 6 nooddle soup. I also told the manager/owner that We were a repeat customer and He simply answer "IT DOESNT MATTER!!!" over and over. I was very dissappointed on how We were treated in this restaurant full of people when the mistake was simply theirs. In the end, I told the manager to simply just take the extra bowl..the cheapest one and we will pay for the noodle that cost more. He agreed but when I saw the bill later on, something still didnt seem right. At that point, I was too tired to even ask them to explain the bill to me.
