I will never buy a Sanyo product again! The company does not stand behind their product and the customer service is horrible. It took forever to get through and the manager was down right rude. John you need to take customer service class 101!!! I think sanyo makes it so difficult to get a resolution with product issues they hope people will just give up! I at least was able to get WalMart to assist. Sanyo you should be supporting your customers because if you keep making such poor quality product and bad customer service, we, the paying customers, will go away!
I would recommend anyone shopping for a digital camera, go with a SONY product, that is the camera I am buying again...NEVER a SANYO!
