hi, on 12nd of august 2010 i purchase online sapdrill related website videos which are suppose to be high in the quality and as per website installides.com shown the package information and the delivery the package is different, after paying the amount till 22th of august 2010 i have not got any links for download but when i send email that i will raise complaint in paypal on 23th august 2010, i received the links for download, but in the links i have not found any .jpeg or pdf files and the package they have publish they are selling is totally different what i got, & few of the videos links are missing when i try to contact them no reply, i raise the complaint in paypal.com but no use, even after i sent more then 20 email but no reply. pls help me
