FRAUDULENT SITE - ATTACHED TO AVIRA.DE - TRUSTED SITE

I was answering an invitation to download Outlook Express free.
I was told to pay $20.
I did not receive Outlook Express but an unasked for downloading system from saphie number one limited.
It was paid through Paypal.

I was directed to this web site to buy microsoft outlook and I thought this was what I was getting, but I have received nothing, not even an e-mail to tell me they had received my money, but when I got my bank statement in they had charged me £29.94 from my paypal account. When I went to my Paypal account it was for a lifetime membership, of what I don't know and I have nothing to show for my £29.94

I was trying to download OpenOffice.org from a web site that stated the OpenOffice.org was free, but I kept getting this page saying I had to pay for it. I ultimately did pay for it through PayPal. I sent an email to the site from which I was trying to download the free OpenOffice and told them it was not free. They fixed the problem abd I did download OpenOffice for free, but now I am out the $19.95 that I paid for OpenOffice through Saphie Number One Limited.

A charge of $35.94 has shown up on my bank statement and I do not know what this is for???
Please advise as I have received nothing for this amount.
It was paid through paypal and I thought I would research through you first.
What is this for???
