I had purchased a maruti alto from Sarathy autos, Kollam. On the first day itself I noticed problem in changing in to the fifth gear. I rang up the customer service and on binoy was dealing with this. They took the car and returned it the next day. But I felt the same complaint, which is a major one, again. On my complaint they again took the car and there was no news for two days. Yeater day I rang them up spoke to One Ajitha in the customer care and demanded the replacement of the car which is having such a major complaint. She told me that she will disscuss the matter with M D. Again there was no news. then I again rang her today morning and insisted on my demand. then came a call from Maruti care informing that the car is ready for delivery after rectifying the defects. But I am not in a mood to take back that car back and I feel cheated by the company as well as the agency.
