I've had Direct TV now for 8 weeks and I've lost my sat feed over three weekends or Fri-Monday when they could actually have a repairman look at it...It seems everytime it rains I loose my sat feed, which means I've been without service 3 out of 8 weekends.
Final I decided that I've had enough with their poor service and told them that I wanted to discontinue my service because of this poor service...that's when they informed me there would be a $400 early termination fee...no service and I can't disconnect without paying them $400. Someone should do something about this, as no company which doens't delivery what they promised should be rewarded $400 when we want to leave...
Yes, I'm stuck with them now for 24 months until my contract ends, but if you still have a choice...I'd strongly recommend going with cable TV, which is what I'll be doing as soon as this 24 month contract ends...or until I can get out of my contract which is something I'm going to work on...THink I'll contact a news group and they can do a story on the matter...
