taking money illegally from my bank account
Please be aware of the fraudulent actions of the above named company (satcover) ie.changing payment amount without the required notice and changing payment date. My satcover was for £65. per annum on the 4th. Oct. each year. Correct for the 1st. 2 years, then Oct. 2008 £72 taken by DD from my bank account and again £72 taken by DD on 1st. April 2009 6 months early. Therefore, vigilantly check you bank account. Furthermore the Company seems to have disappeared as both the Bank of Scotland and myself have been unable to contact them. I have informed the Police about this scam and closed my bank account so that they will not get any more money from me.

taking money from bank
this company went into my account and took 49pounds from it which they were not authorised to do and then I incurred a charge of 38pounds from my bank account which the bank took. I have tried to contact satcover but to no avail there phoneline is discontinued . I have also sent a recorded letter to them but still have not heard from them. This is now 88pounds they owe me and I cant get it back from them can you help with any information and how I can get my money refunded back to me

This company appears not to answer calls and has taken over £100 out of my account without permission

Direct debit
I cancelled a satcover extended warranty 3 years ago . Last year i then also stopped using a sateelite reciever.
Last June a direct debit payment was made to satcover fro £6.
I had not requested this direct debit and, as i do not now have a satellite reciever, would not want this cover.
My bank has said that they will reimburse me for this amount and the direct debit has been cancelled.
Surely this is theft and legal proceedings should be taken against satcover. My bank dosn't seem to want to persue this type of action and i cannot find any legal agency that seems to cover this type of fraud.

extra payment taken
An UNAUTHORISED amount off £65 WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE 4-3-09 INSTEAD OFF £6.5O, I have had not details on trying to get in contact with them as their phone number has been changed. i have also contcted my bank and they do not keep any details off the conpany either, so now i dont know where to turn to recover the loss.
