The technical service provided byDirect Tv is unreal. We have been dealing with an unresolved issue with them for 6mos. to a year now with no resolution. The last draw was today after speaking to 5 techs and then a supervisor on Saturday 3/28/09. The supervisor told us that he had ordered a service call for 3/30/09 and someone would come between 12-4 he would waive the fee since we have been loyal customers and that all we needed to do was call monday to find out the estimated arrival time. He also instructed us to do something else and in 24 hours if it didn't work to contact them back. So on 3/29/09 we called them back because it didn't work and today when my wife called to see the estimated arrival time we were told no service call was ordered. my wife talked to 2 different people today and I talked to 1 and not one person is willing to help us and get a service tech here today when we made special arrangements to have someone at our house due to our jobs. All we hear is sorry this happened would you like to cancel. Boy if this is the way they treat loyal customers than I no longer want to be one with this company and I no longer will recommend them to anyone.
