I bought a Toshiba Satellite laptop in October 2008 and have had nothing but problems with it ever since, And in the last month it has been in the shop twice for hardware failures. Callcustomer service and it is the worst cutomer service i have ever dealt with, Not only can you not understand most of them, But they are all rude, They dont care about the customers or their complaints, You start complaining and they hang up on you...
I wouoldnt recommend a Toshiba to anybody. The shop i had it in, (one of their "authorized repair centers") said that 85% of their business is Toshibas, And they wont recommend one either... I know I wont gain anything from this, But if i can help people avoid this happening to them it will be worth it
