customer satisfaction
to whom it may concern, i am a consumer who happens to work for the biggest retail company in the world. and if i treated a customer the way i have been treated i would be written up or fired on the spot. the term the customers is always right is not all true. but to a point it is, especially when the company that is known for poor customer service . one would thing that a company like dish network needs to improve there relationship with the customers they serve and in all reality help those who actually make there financial dreams come true. like the nice house and nice cars they live in and drive. or how about there kids extreme desires for birthday and christmas. and in there oh so mesirable lives they live. it must be hard to get up in the morning. let me in lighten you to the extreme greet that this company practices. i have had a diffcult time in life in the past decade. i worked hard all my life and fell on hardtimes. i finally could afford some of the items that should be apart of everyday life. i made the mistake of getting dish network instead of directv. i had directv before and there customer service was very good(not sure bout now)because it has been alongtime since i could afford it. so i got it installed, then when got my first be it was $52.00 they didn't tell me about any extra charges when it was said and done my bill was $92.00. and it has been ever since. i had other problems with them like the ppv there are two many issues with this company. i was told that i had thirty days to change my mind by a customer service rep told me. so when i call back to cancel my subscription, after giving them a try. they refused said i would have to pay other $491.00 to end the contract. the customer rep also told me that the other rep should not have told me because they could loss there jobs for any credits that they give back to the customer. so where does it say that big businesses are always right and they are as honest as the driven snow. rememeber i said i work for the biggest retailer in the world and i dont agree with everything they do or say. but at least we do what we say and beyond and if the problem cant be fixed at least we go out of our way to make the customer happy. all you big corps. need to learn alot about the customer.
