I ordered a set of waterbed sheets. They are satin. I can't use satin, allergy problems. They won't exchange them. They claim it's unsanitary. They package has never been opened. I thought I was buying cotton. The first part of the return policy states they do accept returns but toward the very end of their LARGE policy statement, it says except sheets.
I never even opened the package. Every other store in the country takes sheets back.
