I own a 2004 Saturn Vue and I love it, however try to get it worked on!! I live in Cortez, Colorado and there is nobody here that can work on a Saturn of any kind. I have to travel 4 hours to have work done because even though it is a GM product, Chevrolet does not know anything about the Saturn and has no manuals on it. I have to have a DCM component put in and only a Saturn Dealership can install it and program it. So I have to drive the 4 hours without stopping due to this problem, I have no idea if it will start again because it has alot to do with my ignition switch. There are three dealerships in New Mexico and three in Denver, Colorado which are both about 4 hours from where I live.
I am therefore selling my wonderful Saturn because I can't take the chance of it breaking down.
You have a wonderful product but your service is something else, especially when you can't get service. Please, please get other dealerships to work on these and you will sell the Saturn like hotcakes.
I sincerely hope that somebody gets this complaint to the people that will at least read it and take it into consideration because I know that I am not the only person with this problem.
