Shoddy Transmission

My 2003 Saturn Vue, bought gently used in 2005, is in need of having a second (2nd) transmission replacement in less than 2 years. I need to know who do I contact because I do not have another $4500 to get this fixed! The first trans was almost $6000! I will not ever buy another vehcile like this one...

Can I sue for the damages I have suffered?

Major transmission problems

Another Saturn Vue 2003 transmission bites the dust, and yet another person that will NEVER EVER by another Saturn again... Hell I tempted to not recognize Saturn as a planet. I can get it replaced for anywhere between $3800 - $4800. I only owe just under $5000, I hate this car.
Stay away from Saturn car, SUV's, trucks, and planet...

If there is a group action lawsuit to make them pay for these transmissions, let me know so I can be added.
