Myself is sandhya koli. I wanted to take admission in B.ed course as i have very less % in graduation level, so i searched many times for the university who provide B.ed course with 40% for SC candidates then i found SATYAM COLLEGE OF EDUCATION Affiliated to SNDT Women University and in their website http://satyameducation.in/admission.html
It is clearly mentioned that for SC candidate the eligibility criteria is 40% after confirming this four or five times by calling the same college.
They said ya being SC candidate you are absolutely eligible for this course.After knowing this immediately applied there by filling up the forms and by sending cheque of rs 1500/- my sister also applied there and so we sent 1500 + 1500 rs for each..
The entrance was on 23rd of may now we have got our results in which my younger sis (final yr result awaited)have cleared the entrance test and i have also cleared the same but they put me in a waiting list and said that You are not eligible as you have very less %age and the NCTE norms had been changed now we require 45% marks for SC candidate
and as my sister's final year result is awaited . They called her for the interview today i.e. on 31st may 2010 and told her that you can take admission when you 'll get your result with atleast 45% marks. Not only that after asking the reason the receptionist named "Preeti" talked to me in very rude manner..

I want to take strict action against the institute..
