Sausalito Moving and storage was hired to move my household to Southern California and put everything in storage. When I got everything out of storage all my furniture was broken. All boxes were crushed. Fragile boxes were on the bottom of heavy boxes.

The driver got in a fight with the manager of the storage units and they had to shuttle my things from the truck to the storage. The truck was outside the gates of the storage so I had to stay and watch the truck. Nothing was broken when it came off of the truck but no one was there to watch them put it in the storage unit. When I called the moving company they told me it was not their problem. They farmed the job out because it was out of the city . I started in Northern Ca. and ended in Southern Ca. No one ever told me that they were going to farm the job to another Allied moving company. The main office told me because I did not watch it being put into storage I was out of luck.. They would not honor my insurance or do anything about it.
