When I first started having my prescriptions filled at Sav-On Pharmacy located inside the Acme Supermarket, I noticed how everyone including the pharmacists were very kind & nice towards me; however, only one person - a pharmacy tech - has always been mean, ignorant, and just down right outrageous towards it seems - only me. I noticed this one employee and her rudeness towards me after observing how she reacted towards other customers. For example, I observed how she was very kind saying thankyou & have a nice day to all other customers & how she would be gracious enough to assist other customers with signing for prescriptions etc. I am in a wheel chair & have been for quite some time; when it is my turn to pick-up & pay for my prescription this same pharmacy tech always has an attitude with me, she clearly acts as if she does not want to wait on me, she doesn't offer to assist me any further with anything that she knows may be hard for me being in a wheel chair, and everytime I ask her if she can run my prescription to be sure my insurance will pay to have it filled on that day, the pharmacy tech goes crazy & starts yelling at me! I tried to resolve the problem by calling the pharmacy and complaining to one of the pharmacists but, the pharmacist I spoke with claimed she did not know who the person was I was complaining about; however, the next time I went to the Sav-On pharmacy funny how the person I was complaining about knew the details of my complaint which let me know that the pharmacist I complained to lied when she claimed she didn't know who I was complaining about. I was ensured of this fact because I told the pharmacist I called and complained to that from here on out I would be recording the pharmacy tech I'm complaining about so I will have prove of how she treats & speaks to me and on the day I next went to the pharmacy the pharmacy tech made sure she raised her voice when she said things like thankyou & have a nice day to ensure I recorded her being nice instead of the mean & rude way she normally treats me!
