I ordered Norton antivirus from Savapoint.com on 14th march 2009 and payment was taken from my account on 17th march. Till date (29th April) i have not received the product.The amount taken was £22.50.

I have called many times on their no 08700240650 thereby incurring telephone bills of £10 but everytime i have been given very poor customer service without any assurance as to what is happening to my order. I have e mailed and also written a letter to their managing director but no response at all.

I think they are not professional at all and that they have robbed me of my money. is there any one out there who can get justice for people like us.
