I am so unbelievably angry I can't hardly see straight. I tried to register with these thieves and without warning, permission, or notification they charged me one hundred dollars! The site looked and seemed legit and they conveniently had all kinds of videos and reviews on their site from news organizations on TV and in print that vouched for their legitimacy so I, naively, thought it was ok to give them my credit card info on sign up. Nope, not ok. It just so happens they forgot to put in the clause that they were going to bill me. It seems that in actuality I was buying something when by all appearances I was just innocently registering with a site that seemed like ebay. What's worse, I'm kinda short on funds right now but got bills to pay and I needed that hundred. AHHHHH, I'm so mad I could spit lead. Why is this legal? It's pure robbery.

I won 10 items received 2 items immediately and 30+ days later 8 items have not yet been recieved. 2 notices by email to let them know with a reply each time that they would be looking into it allow 5-7 days to receive items and could be up to 14 days. 30+ days later no items.
I have now requested full refund of monies for items, purchased bids and the $99. AND still an email stating they are looking into it please allow 5-7 days for delivery but could be up to 14 days. TIME IS UP.
I am out $289.00 and not sure what to do.

I too got suckered, The lure of free bids without telling you there will be a massive charge for you to actually use them! I "won" a $15 gift card that cost me $100! I have written to them several times and only received a robot response. Sadly I had shared my "win" on facebook before realizing the horror of this company and now several of my good friends are out money as well. I was thinking about not going disputing the charge cause I thought I must have missed something but seeing all this crap they are doing and all the stories match mine...I am fighting it! Maybe BBB as well!

Savebig.com sent me email in which showing a winner of 40 inches LCD HD TV around $25.00

Wow.. it sound great. I want to have a good bargain on line.

I got into savebig.com. first of all i have to register my ID/ password and Credit card info. I submitted. savebig.com charged me $100.00 right away. Later on i found out it has 3 package: $25, 50, $75. I did not care much. I was exciting to see some good bargain.

First thing i need is tomtom GPS. Its due time is closer. Starting bit is $0.00. Each bit increase $.01 or 1 penny and cost bibder 87 cents per bid.

There were 15 to 20 bidders at that time. All their nicks are suspicious to me. For example gyhu225, boy45, byu7688..etc..Except my nick is my name. When was the most closest time. I got in and start to bid by 1 cents, I remember there were some bids ahead. After my first bid, then others start increase bids. I did so, after I bided up to 115 times. I stopped bid for couple minutes. I started skeptical about those bidders. I wonder? Are these bidders real or I am playing with a group of scammers or a machine.

After i stopped biding. All bibders slow down. I guest they don't see me anymore. savebig's scammers end the auction. Tomtom gps was sold for $3 and some cents. It cost me $99 for nothing in 7 minutes.

I can by a new GPS for that money. The thing is: it may cost me $300.00 or $1000 or i never win it "Human VS Machine" ( remember tomtom GPS cost around 100 bucks). Now if there were 10 legitimate bidders like me. Savebig.com got $1000.00 out of that GPS.

Savebig.com is a scam and crooks. I will not let them insult my intelligent.

I would like to share my story with some one who got on their web site.

I am very causious to my dealings on the internet transactons but even I got scammed by SAVEBIG.COM. SAVEBIG.COM are very cleaver in scamming the Consumer out of their monies and if your not checking your transactions everyday by the time your Personal Visa or PAYPAL Account sends out their billings you will be scammed out of every penny you have sent to them. First they hit you with a registration fee of $99.00. Second the Items that you win will be processed and in my case will show up on a report with that status as blank, in order to try to get your product you be taken back to to payment processing again just end up oweing them for the products you bought The buy it NOW programs gets you by first putting a 20 minute time frame to use the buy it now offer. After you buy it now and the transactions go thru for payment you notice that the product you bought expecially more bids disappears and when you go back to buy it now even if your in the the two hour time frame it tells you your to late ad you loose out again. And when you look at the Purchase history you notice that the status of all purchases except more bids is blank. They will never go forward to be processed unless they feel that you are catching on to them and then you might see a item or two. The phone number for Support is a third party vendor that basically takes your information and sends it to the company by email. you will never see a response inless they see you are catching on to their scam and then they bluff their way with various excuses as to why they didnt get your email etc. They have no phone number to their company so you will never be able to talk to a live person. They have all their bases covered for sure. Almost a perfect SCAM and watch out for the transactions that tie up a Personal Bank Account ... I got hit with 7 overdaft charges cause they had my funds tied up. Once you press for your first Bids they got YA !
