Salery account re activate
Dear Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaints against the process of the HDFC bank branch Aundh. I would like to inform you that this branch has my salery account but since I did not use it for long the account got deactivated because of that reason. I have been following it up from last month continuously. every time I go there they say after 1 week, after 2 days etc.
I know any process takes time but this is something not acceptable.

Rudely behavior nd misguide by staff
I want to open new account in any bank earlier i have no account in any bank. so i am leaving sarhind road patiala. i go the sarhind road hdfc bank branch. outside the branch one sales executive standding. nd he explain the account features. nd he says our min aqb is 10000/- My father is agriculture. nd he have a account in sbop with500 aqb.but in my father account always min 50lac have a ac. but any ways i ready for open my ac with hdfc bank with 10000 aqb/- he write the docs. when i came with docs executive says sir pls give me some more intial payment for opening the new account. iwas ready to give 50000/- for opening the new ac. bt. i go to Manager Vinod he is behaving with very rude ways. he say to executive i am not opening the account with cash. he says u r opening the new ac only cheque. i says already i have no account so i have no cheque. Vinod Manager says u open the account in another bank nd after that u come here with cheque then i open the the ur ac in our bank. i say the executive u have many mobile calls to me for ac. bt he says sir sorry vinod behaviour is very rude. he talk with another manager. bt he says JO KAR SAKTA HAI VINOD HI KAR SAKTA HAI
I REQUESTED TO MR VINOD BUT HE SAYS VERY RUDELY nooooooooooooooooooooooo! when i talk with executive he says for me to any person YAR BHEJO INU DIMAG KHAI JANDA KEH DO NAHI KHULDA KHATA.
I Feel Very Shame. I am Punjabi. nd belongingfrom very gud family living in Patiala Sarhind road. pls give me some solution can he do right with me. my ac is not openedwith cash.pls guide what can i do

I am Seethapathi having Saving A/c No. 07421070024801 in your bank. Branch name is in Andhrapradesh, Kurnool Dist.
With out any intimation Your Branch Staff closing my account recently. I am very suffering for my Closing account. Reopen the account as soon as possible. Your branch manager Kurnool he said some lacks of accounts are closing any information for contact head office only. its not my responsibilty as he said. manager said last 1 year your transactions are nil. your account closed last one year. last month 6500/-transactions in my account how it is possible. for any contact my no. is 09440405364.

not good service
Hi
I found HDFC bank is the bank which working changes equitant to private bank like icici bank and services worst then any govt. bank.
I have not received welcome kit after 4 month of account opening and my account (00431000198181 in HDFC branch saket)still showing block status. i have gone several time to the bank but branch staff is nether ready to give me welcome kit nor closing this account and transfer my amount to my other account .there are saying that I have send you welcome kit 3 time but not even single time there kit come to my address. today on 28 aug 2010.i have gone 4 time to bank but there enquiry is not over and shown my id prove and address prove then also they nether ready to activated account and send welcome kit nor close account and transfer my amount to my bank account no 02711050063601. what I need to do.

DON`T GET MY WELCOME KIT
I have a new account in HDFC bank before two months but till today I don`t get my WELCOME kit I also submited my documents two times and make cpmplaines and also complaines so many times to HDFC bank SALES MANAGER of GK-II branch in Delhi but he is also not giving me responce can I know that why this is happening with me if bank can`t help me then just close my account and return my all docs and 5200 rs. too but don`t suffer me.........
