I've never even heard of these cons artist until I got my dec. credit bill. They had billed me $11.95 for Nov and Dec. I just cancelled. Next month came, MQV another $11.29! Email them and got a little abusive tell them they must stop. Just got Feb. bill. MQB still on there. I'm disabled and on welfare! I don't have that money to just throw around! I'm trying to stop them but if you have any suggestions please tell me.

This company charge my atm card $19.95 without permission. I can't find the phone # or address how I can cancel this account and get my money back.

SAVING ACE CALLED ME VIA PHONE. I DIDNT FALL FOR THIER SCAM. I TOLD HIM I WASN'T GIVING HIM ANY PERSONAL OR CREDIT CARD INFO. HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WAS (MICHEAL JONES)WAS FROM THE MID EAST AND DIDNT SPEAK ENGILISH VERY WELL BUT HIS NAME WAS VERY ENGLISH HAHA. I TOLD HIM I DIDNT BELIVE HIM. HE SAID HE WANTED TO GIVE ME A 25.00 WALMART GIFT CARD AND A 200.00 GAS CARD TO SPEND ANYWHERE IN THE US ALLL I HAD TO DO WAS PAY 1.95 SHIPPING. I TOLD HIM I WASNT GIVING HIM ANYTHING. IF HE COULDNT AFFORD 1.95 SHIPPING HE COULDNT AFFORD TO GIVE ME THE OTHER GIFTS. THIS WAS AFTER HE HAD GIVEN ME HIS COMPANY INFO. I ALWAYS ASK FOR COMPANY INFO WHEN SOMEONE CALLS ME.SO I HUNG UP ON HIM. HE CALLED BACK AND SAID HE DIDNT WANT ANY PERSONAL INFO ALL HE NEEDED WAS THE 16 DIDGET CARD NUMBER AND ITS EXPERATION DATE. I TOLD HIM, YOU MUST THINK IM REALLY STUPID THAT IS MY PERSONAL INFO.I SAID I CANT UNDERSTAND YOU ANYWAY YOU CANT SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH AND I HUNG UP.
HE CALLED BACK SCREAMING AT ME WANTING MY CARD NUMBER. I TOL HIM IF HE CALLED ME AGAIN I WAS GOING TO REPORT HIM TO THE ATTOURNEY GENERAL IN NEVADA AND GET HIM AND HIS COMPANY FOR PHONE HARASSMENT AND HAVE ALL THIER PHONES TAKEN OUT.
I THINK THATS WHAT ALL OF YOU GUYS SHOULD DO IS REPORT THEM TO THE ATTOURNEY GENERAL IN NEVADA IN NEVADA AND SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN BEFORE THEY CAN SCAM SOMEONE ELSE.

After agreeing to pay .95 cents to retrieve an old unlisted phone number, I was enrolled in all of these services that cost 25/month. After entering billing info for the .95 cents, it acknowledged me that everyone gets automatically signed up, and you must cancel to avoid being billed. Well, there was no way to cancel, so I had to call the company directly. After speaking with them, they assured me all of my information was canceled, and they apologized for the inconvenience. Then, I started recieving phone calls where they were trying to send me a free gas card for using the service. I inquired about it, and learned I would be billed 25/month and signed up for another service if I accepted the card. I rudely told whoever was on the phone I already canceled with you people, I do not want any of my information in your system, and I do not want to be billed for any of your scamming services. He again insisted I wouldn't be, and that all my information was going to be discarded. I just noticed on my credit card bill that yet another company has charged my card for the sum of $25. (Saving Ace) I immediately called them, and again voiced my concern. I told them I do not want to be billed for any other crazy scam they have, and that I also want my information out of their database. She acknowledged that the other scam account was canceled, but they kept this one going and will cancel it immediately. I got quite angry, as I told the rep they insured me of this before, but I keep getting the phone calls and random charges. Hopefully, today was the last of it, but I do not think this is fair, or legal business. How many unsuspecting people are being charged big money by all of these phony accounts and they don't even know? I'll bet thousands of people are being scammed evey month and haven't even realized it yet. Feel free to contact me at any time regarding this matter, or to update me on any legal action that's takes place. I would like to see them get penalized for their scamming. Thank you.
