Alright so i guess when i was playing poker on myspace we wanted to get more chips and if we did these online surveys we would get more chips and i did one for savings 2 go and i put my debit card # in and had to buy something i believe but, i cancelled the membership and just ignored it for almost a year. last month i saw a transaction for $14.95, i didnt recall what it was for but i ignored it and then it happened again this month and made my account negative, i went to the bank and told them i have no idea what this is, they gave me the phone # to savings 2 go and i asked why they were taking $14.95 out off my account and this has been going on since feb of 09, i know i was like "wtf!!!" so anyway they told me since i didnt do anything in the 30 or 45 day trial you automatically become a member but they told me they would credit back the last transaction and not all of them. i was mad but at least i wont have 7 insufficient fees!!! if you were able to get all transactions back let me know!!!

cannot stop bank withfrawals
I purchased an educational math program and was asked if I wanted to try discounts with several stores. I was told that I could discontinue at any time. The date for them to take money from my account was on the 16th of the month. In October, they withdrew money on the 15 and in November they withdrew money on the 14th. when you call the company, both numbers ring to a fax machine. I would like to know what I can do to have my money restored to my account and to keep them from taking any other money out of my account. Additionally, the stores that they gave coupons for do not know anything about their program.

unauthorized membership charged
A while ago I got some Shamwows. Credit card was charged. This was ok...This Savings 2 Go Membersship card shows up..program administered by Stonebridge Benefit Services, Inc.. Charging me $14.95 x twice once on 07/01/09 and again on 08/03/09. This is not authorized by me.. nor will it be paid. I want this corrected immediately. Thank you.

Savings 2 Go is a clever SCAM: They attach themselves to an online $10 rebate for a product you are purchasing (from an infomercial). After submitting your credit card information for the product, you are only asked if you want a rebate. If you click "yes", then--every month-- a $14.95 charge appears on your credit card that you cannot account for. This a scandal.
Call 800-448-0166 and demand cancellation. Then, call the Better Business Bureau.

Enrolled without consent
I discovered charges on my bank account for this savinggs to go membership. I never enrolled in this membership. They told me after a 30 day free tial membership it could be cancalled and I am still being charged because I can not find a way to get in touch with them now.

I ordered a shamwow and thought that i had said no to the savings to go thing but now im seeing charges for $14.95 on my account summary. Just wondering if anyone can help or possibly tell me how to cancel the charges.

Savings 2 Go charged my credit card stating that I purchsed an "As Seen on TV" product and the wonderful membership came with it. I did purchase the Snuggie, which I soon after cancelled. At no point did I agree to this monthly "discount" membership nor did I ever receive any information about their "wonderful" discounts. I called 800-448-1944 and "Roger" said he would cancel my membership and refund what they took out. We'll see about that...

I, too, was sent a card from savings 2 go after using my credit card to purchase online. $12.95 has been taken out of my checking account for over a year. I, too, called the number on the card and cancelled. I, now live in OKC and called my bank to check on these charges. They said they can only pay me for 2 months. They can't mail out stop payments paper for ACH's. How can I get my money back from these people?

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
If you receive a "savings 2 go" membership card call the number on the back ASAP and cancel this membership. Otherwise you WILL be charged! I received this same card and for some reason I had a weird feeling that I should check it out and see what this card was because I had not signed up for anything. I found this compliant board and read how you were all charged. So I called the company and they claimed that I checked a box saying I wanted to try their services when I was buying something on the internet on another website that had nothing to do with their company. Their is no way to prove that you did not check that box and they cannot even tell you which site you were on when you "checked the box." So call and cancel if you get this card in the mail to avoid charges. They are sneaky and its sad that this is the way they earn their money. Losers!
