Unautherized charges to my account
I checked my bank statement and there was a charge for 14.95 which I dont know where this charge came from cause I never ordered anything from this site.

Charged for 14.95
I was charged $14.95 for something I know nothing about. They took it right out of my checking account. They have gotten my account number somewhere that I'm unaware of.

Unauthorized charges
After ordering Smooth Away hair removal kit that does not work I noticed that Savings2Go was taking money out of my bank account once or twice periodically. It stopped after I returned the Smoothaway kit by mail and so far never received a refund of $60.
Today I checked my account and saw they took $14.95 out of my account. I didn't know I was a member and when I went to the website listed on this report I couldn't find any email address for customer service, only a phone number I also listed here. I emailed my online bank and told them about this company being a fraud and please take them off the automatic payment if they could. I also gave my bank their phone number which is different from the one I listed. The other # is 1-800-448-1944. I am gonna call the first number and request them to stop taking money out of my bank account today. This company needs to be exposed for being a rip off scam and put out of business ASAP.

unauthorized withdrawl
i didn't request anything from savings2go and this morning got up and found a charge of $14.95 taken off my card. I had thrown the card out, and now i can't find the website or phone number, to cancel something i didn't order and request a refund of my money.

membership card arrived-never requested
I just recieved mail from our United States Postal office & recieved a membership card from Savings2Go with an account number and I never requested this membership.

Took Money out of acct.
This company took money out of my acct without permission. I never signed up and never agreed to anything. This ammount was 14.95.

unauthrized withdrawal
there was an unauthorized charge on my husbands debit card by two different companies but for the SAME SERVICE both charges were for 14.95

Fraudulent charge to my credit card
As with the many other complaints I see listed here, this company Savings2Go has charged my credit card for the amout of $14.95. I have no idea how they got my credit card information and how they got authorization to charge me this amount.
I received their information in the mail and logged on to their website to see what the company offered. I immediately saw that there was nothing that they offered in which I had any interest, so I logged off the website and threw away their information. Now, I am being charged by them?!?!
This is AMAZING to me! How do they even get your credit card information? PLEASE HELP PUT THIS COMPANY TO A STOP!!!

Unauthorized charge to my visa card
I did not bother to response when this company, Savings2Go sent me a membership card bearing my name Ernesto Laput with the # 0813201735. Now I found it on my VISA account that they charged me an amount of 14.95 dated 02/10/09.
Please stop this scam and restore this amount to mt account. I did not ever solicit to be a member. Thank you and Good day !

Unauthorized charge to my credit card
I found a charge on my credit card statement by Savings2go. I have never used such a service. The amount chaged to my card was $14.95. I had to call my credit card service and fill out a form stating that I never authorized this charge. I also closed out my cridet card and am waiting for the new one that is being issued.
