Unauthorized charged.
SAVINGAGE is a well big scam organization that take advantage during your online shopping, and steal your credit card number and automatically charge (Monthly) of $24.95 until you found out and call your credit card co. for a dispute. In my case, when my credit card representative contacted to them, they will do the refund but only the recent month, not those past month. Be Aware of SAVINGAGE.

Scam and theft
I was charged on my bank account for $19.95 that I did not authorize someone had stolen my bank card and made this charges. I called SavingsAce and spoke to the supervisor and explained my problem and how it overdraft my bank account, I had called three days before the charge had went through and spoke to them and they cancelled my account and asured me they would not be withdrawling this charge fro my account. Well three days later the money was withdrawn and an overdraft fee was charged but the next day they credit my account the orignal $19.95 after the damage had been done, I called agian and spoke to the supervisor and she apologized for any problems they may caused and asked me to fax them the copies of the transaction which my bank did so and I paid them for there services. Well a few days go by and I did not see the overdraft fee go into my account so I called the supervisor she told me sense it was done on the internet they refused to refund my $35.00 dollars keep in mind they promised to do so. They claimed because it was done on the internet they can not refund the money well they are internet based only bussiness how else would you sign up with them what a scam this company is, I warn everyone stay away from this company they lie and will take your money and thier attitude is one of I dont give a dam and they are so much better than the consumer this is not a good way to treat the consumer, I have been in the retail bussinessfor 26 years and we would never treat our customers this way. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A JOKE DONT TAKE ANY CHANCES THEY WILL DO YOU WRONG. I dont think thirty five dollars will bankrupt them!!!

Bogus Charges
I never signed up with SavingsAce but had a $19.95 charge for a membership fee on my boss' recent credit card, with the following information: my name, a fictitious address [the street does not exist], and a fictitious phone number [all 9's]. We asked the credit card company to investigate the charges. I went to the CONTACT US site on SavingsAce's website and sent an email requesting that someone contact me. Instead, two business days later the result was an email saying they would cancel my membership. They have not made a refund to the credit card or even mentioned any refund. I know I have been ripped off, just like others whose complaints I have read.

I, too, had signed up for MyLife about a month ago and then found out that each individual search requires a resultant fee before you can obtain the information. MyLife says they will not cancel my membership, but I can opt out to not automatically renew my membership in 2010. After less than 1 month, I feel like I have been ripped off, too, like others whose complaints I have read.

I never signed up for SavingsAce, so how did they get my name? The other information is as false as it can be, so how can they claim to be an honest business? I don't use internet sites for online shopping because I am afraid of things like this happening to me personally. I went to MyLife because I sometimes need to find addresses and telephone numbers for members of our fraternal organization who have moved and not left changes of addresses.

Does anyone know who I can forward my complaints to? Is it true you can go to your state attorney's office? If I still lived in California, I would know which agency to contact.

Unauthorized automatic pymnt withdrawal
When buying an airline ticket for my son - a pop up said we can save $19.95 on the airline ticket by clicking on ---a month later a automatic withdrawal shows up from my checking account. I want my money credited back to my account. This is a rip off!

unauthorized bank acct deductions
I had done a trial membership with mylife.com and next thing you know I have two deductions ($19.95 each) taken from my account from SavingsAce. I called them immediately and told them to cancel my membership or whatever they signed me up for and refund my money immediately. This all started with joining mylife.com. Beware of this scam. I just called and also canceled my $18.00 trial membership with mylife.com as well. Don't get sucked in to this one.

Unauthorized charges
I called MyLife today to cancel the subscription with them because of their dubious relationship with SavingsAce. After having to ask for a supervisor they agreed to refund my money and take me out of their system. I then called SavingsAce who agreed to refund without question. Of course I have not received the refunds as of yet although I have received confirmation emails concerning the issue. Good luck, be forceful but respectful, threaten to involve your state attorney general if it becomes necessary.

unauthorized billing
saveace sent me a bill of 19.95 today july 11 2009. i have never knowingly register for any service with them.
they claim to have gotten my info from mylife.com. i hope i will recieve no more bills from all this fraudsters.

My life.com is connected to SAVEACE and also known as reunion.com. I've being recieving numerous payment on my debit card. I believe they distribute your account number to all this fraudulent company which then start making unauthorised billing.

I recieved two times billing of 4.95. i called my life and was told it was a non-refundable fee for accessing mylife.com members contacts. This was after i paid a $60 dollar one year subscription fee in june 2009 for that same purpose.

I was then billed 19.95 today july 11 2009 from saveace. Which i have no clue who they are. I called mylife.com on 18887041900 asking them if they knew something about the billing because i know for a fact that i never used the card for any online billing accept for mylife.com bill. mylife.com denied giving savingace my acct information but accepted giving them my email address. I called savingAce on 1888 593 5216 giving them the account info i used to sign up for mylife.com and i spoke to a representative who told me that mylife.com gave them all my log on details including my credit card number.

which draws a conclusion that mylife.com sells your private information to other fraudulent websites
