Unauthorized charge
When I checked my internet banking statement I noticed a charge of 14.95 to Saveace. I had no idea what that was. When I called the number listed I was given an account # and when I entered that was given several options the first of which was to cancel the account. I stayed on the line talked to a rep who told me I had signed up for the service today. She assured me that the service would be cancelled and that my account would be credited for the amount. Am concerned with the ease with which this was done. Think this company needs to be investigated.

they have charged my credit card for $19.95? dont know who they are, , never heard of them please erase from my credit card

unauthorized charges thru Classmates.com membership
Through my membership with Classmates.com, they were able to obtain my Banking info and charge me two seperate charges for 19.99 each for nothing. The SAVINGSACE & HOMESAVINGSMALL are one in the same. This company claimed that through Classmates.com they could charge me for any of the memberships that came through on the little popup windows, EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT OPEN ANY OF THEM...WHAT A SCAM. One more reason not to have any online memberships.

Unauthorized credit card charges
This company obtains your credit card number from what you think is a reptuable company or online website. They then "enroll" you in their "service" and charge your credit card. You never knowlingly agreed to this, it was buried somewhere in a paragraph of fine print when you made your online purchase. Deception at it's best. The parent company's name is Adaptive Marketing, a fitting name. Savingsace and Home savings Mall are the same CT. companies. If you have been charged by these companies file a complaint with the CT. State Attorney Generals office.. You can do this online. Maybe with enough complaints filed some one will go to prison. One can only hope.

unauthorized charges
I was checking my account online and noticed a charge pending for $19.95 from "Savingsace". I immediately called my bank and they cancelled the charge, then I looked back further and there was a charge last month that I overlooked. I filed a dispute with my bank and told them this site is charging my account without my authorization. They canceled my card and issued me a new one. I noticed that there was an 888 phone number to call next to the charge description so I called and it asks for your membership number or credit card used to charge your membership fee!!! I didn't want to continue the call in fear of them charging my account again!!
They have no right getting anyones cc # and charging these recurring fees every month!
I am so irritated. I never shop online or do anything just because of this reason.
I want my $$ back, this company is a scam!

fraudulent charge
I woke this morning to check my debit account online and found a charge for $19.95 from a company I have never heard; savingsace. I have attempted to resolve the issue with my banking center and have not yet reached a resolution.

unauthorized charge on debit card
I have never had any dealings with savingsace, yet I have an unauthorized charge on my credit card. Now I can not pay my bills. I would like to know how they got my card number and would like to know how I can get my money back and press charges against them.

Unathorized Bank Withdrawl
I was charged on my bank account for $19.95 that I did not authorize someone had stolen my bank card and made this charges. I called SavingsAce and spoke to the superviser and explianed my problem and how it overdrafted my bank account, I had called three days before the charge had went through and spoke to them and they cancelled my account and asured me they would not be withdrawling this charge from my account. Well three days later the money is withdrawn and a overdraftfee was charged but the next day they credit my account for $19.95 after the damage had been done, I called agian and spoke to the supervisor and she apologized for any problems they may caused and asked to fax them copies of trasaction which my bank did so and I paid them for there services. Well a few days go by and I did not see the over draft fee go into my account so I called, the supervisor told me sense it was done on the internet they refused to refund my $35.00 keep im mind they promised to do so. They claim it because it was done on the internet they can not refund well they are interbased bussiness how else would you sign up with them what a dam scam this company is, I warn everyone stay away from this company they lie and will take your money and thier attitudes are terrible and high o mighty this is not a good way to deal with the consumer I have been in retail for 26 years and we would never treat our customers this way.WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A JOKE DONT TAKE ANY CHANCES THEY WILL DO YOU WRONG. Thirty five dollars may bankrupt them!!!
