unauthorized charges

My name is aziz rahimdad, and I would like to inform you that, I have been charged $1.00 per month since August of 2008.My confirmation code # is942661034. I left the States and have no ides why and how I have been charged for something that I had never applied or purchased in person. Therefore, i would like to be refunded in full.

unauthorized charges

To whom it may concern:
I have been charged one dollar a month since August of 2008. I had no idea why I have been charged for something that I had never applied or purchased online or in person. I actually, left the States in june, therefore, no one in my family had ever applied for anything to be charged.
I am requesting to reimburse me the amount that I had been charged without authorization.
